We also are workman's compensation providers for many local and national businesses.
Policies and General Information:
Patient co-pay, deductibles, and non-covered services are to be paid at the time of visit.
Methods of payment are: cash, check, credit cards, and debit cards.
Interest is accrued monthly on unpaid balances.
If your insurance requires a referral from your primary care physician, it is your responsibility to have that referral on the day of your visit.
Your podiatrist is on call 24 hours.
