Patients have the choice to choose a PCP and coordinate all care through their PCP with contracted providers on the plan for maximum benefits, or can choose to go outside the network and receive reduced benefits.
PPO = Preferred Provider Organization
Patients have the choice to go to contracted providers on the plan for maximum benefits, or to go outside the network and receive reduced benefits.
